Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

A lot of work goes into planning our retreats and as we have 3rd parties to pay, deposits are non-refundable. That said, we do understand that life happens so if for any reason you can't come, we will always do our best to fill your spot for you! If you are looking to cancel your booking please do so by emailing to: goddess.retreat.france@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.

We offer a refund (excl. non-refundable deposit) for all cancellations of 14 days or more before the start of the retreat. Cancellations received within less that 14 days cannot be refunded.

PRICE-TIERS

Choose from two price-tiers for the Goddess Awakening Retreat
 

• £1,599 SPECIAL 20% discounted EarlyBird price, if paid in full before 1st September, 2024
  Price includes the non-refundable £299 deposit.
  A full refund of the balance of £1,300 is eligible until 3rd October, 2024

• £1,999 Full price. Final Payment by 4th October 20th, 2024 (payment in installments is available, please email for details)
  Price includes the non-refundable £299 deposit.
  A full refund of the balance of £1,700 is eligible until 3rd October 2024

PAYMENTS & DEADLINES

All outstanding payments are due by 4th October 20th, 2024.
