Ella Montclare is a Tantric Breathwork Practitioner & Sound Alchemist, activating frequency codes & vibrational pathways as gateways to love, joy, passion & abundance. She spent her earlier years singing and songwriting, performing around the world with artists such as Julio Iglesias, Dr. Dre & Babyface. After a chance encounter with a Tibetan healer, she experienced a spiritual awakening, and embarked on a quest across India, Asia, Africa, Europe & the Americas to study ancient wisdoms & practices. Under the mentorship of respected masters, from certifications by the Himalayan Yoga Association for Sound Healing, to Ancient Egyptian School initiate, Ella’ blends the wisdom of ancient teachings with modern modalities. Through the enchanting melodies of sound healing, the graceful flow of yoga, & transformative breathwork, Ella creates transcendent wellness experiences to harmonise your mind, body and spirit.

Josephine McGrail is an internationalwellness coach, transformationalhealer, public speaker and yogafacilitator with over 20 years ofexperience. Originally a ballerina fromCopenhagen, Denmark she hasperformed all around the world and iscurrently based in London. She is also the author of the ever popular books The Morning Miracle, Messages of love, and Fall in love with you. 

With a background in ballet and acting Josephine bridges wellness and creativity in a down to earth manner. Encouraging us all to create the life we dream of. She is also the co founder of Nordic Sisters who run retreats and events across the planet, and she is frequently featured in Yoga magazine, Huffington post and Wellness Magazine. Josephine runs regular retreats abroad and in the UK, does corporate talks and workshops for her clients including Deloitte, Nexus, Soho House, Mortimer House, Havas, Lululemon, Wolf & Badger, Red Cross, Teads, Houzz, Greene & Greene, Mental Health First Aid England.

All of Josephine's talks and workshops are rooted in her understanding that our mind, body and spirit are all interconnected and for one to be healthy we need to look at all aspects of our being and lifestyle.
